Legal
Terms of use
The terms on which this site is made available.
Draft — pending legal review
This page sets out the intended structure and commitments, but has not yet been reviewed by a qualified adviser and does not yet contain the operator’s registered details. It must not be treated as the final published policy.
What this site is
TrailHaven is an information and comparison service. We do not sell products, hold stock, take payment or handle deliveries or returns. Any purchase is a contract between you and Amazon, governed by Amazon’s terms and conditions.
Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care with the product information published here, but it is drawn from a third-party catalogue and is provided “as is”. Prices, availability, specifications and images change without notice, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer. Price accuracy explains the practical limits.
Not professional advice
Buying guidance here is general information about equipment. It is not medical, safety, coaching or fitness advice. Where a product relates to safety — helmets, buoyancy aids, locks — check the relevant standard and the manufacturer’s instructions, and treat any certification we mention as a starting point for your own checks rather than an assurance from us.
Affiliate relationship
We earn commission on qualifying purchases made through our links, as set out in the affiliate disclosure. This does not affect the price you pay.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to and share this site freely. You may not scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, republish substantial portions as your own, or misrepresent its content as endorsed by any brand featured.
Intellectual property
Product names, images and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here is for identification and comparison; it does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the brands concerned.
Governing law and operator
These terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales. The operator’s registered details, the liability provisions and the governing-law clause will be finalised with a qualified adviser and published here before launch.
